The way we do things at Pet Lovingly is drastically different from just your average pet accessory manufacturing company. We cornerstone our products through the inspiration, dedication, and appreciation of Mexican handmade art.

Our products help do their part to the commitment to making our world a better place for you and your pet to live in. And since we have designed our company like our products are made, uniquely, you might have some further questions.

We empower the hands of two culturally rich communities of artisan women in Chiapas and Oaxaca. 

Through these hands, we create pet-loving magic. With the tried, tested, and traditional techniques of hand weaving and the use of a pedal loom, our weaver women use a generation-to-generation method to fashion unique Pet Lovingly products designed in Mexico and shipped directly to your doorstep.

Because of the handmade nature of all of our products, handwashing is recommended.

If the leather is soiled, please wash with saddle soap. Saddle soap is a very safe and effective method for cleaning leather, and it shouldn't cause any discoloration or stains.

The threading can easily be cleaned with a soft brush, lukewarm water, and mild soap.

If you notice that the weaving on the collar begins to fray —all is not lost! First, cut the loose thread and then use a lighter to burn the thread and flatten it against the textile. This will get it back to its original state.

One of our missions is to spread the beautifully vibrant and mesmerizing designs and work of the Mexican, Mayan culture—so yes, we do ship internationally! Shipping rates will vary depending on where you and your pet live around the world.

We offer a FREE tracked shipping service using USPS in the USA for all orders over $50.

All orders are shipped out of Southern California, USA, so should arrive to you within 2-5 business days. Please remember the postal service are not open on public holidays.
